Mental Model

心智模型。用户对某事物运作方式的内部表征,由经验、培训或说明形成,决定他们对系统的预期。

设计师的工作之一是让自己的设计与用户的心智模型对齐(align)。错位会产生 friction。

常见错误

  • ·不要翻译成'心理模型'(虽然也可以)。'心智模型'是 HCI圈更通用的译法。
  • ·和 'conceptual model' 不一样:mental model 是用户的,conceptual model 是设计师的。
