Controllability
可控性。在自动化/汽车 UX 中指用户对系统或环境的主动控制程度。Hainich 等 (2021) 将 anticipation 分为 controllability 与 predictability 两个维度。
English Definition
"The degree to which a user can exert control over a system or environment; in driving automation research, one of two dimensions of anticipation (alongside predictability), reflecting whether the user can actively influence vehicle behaviour."
